Official Rules - Drive to 250 Raffle
1) No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or paid subscription is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2) Eligibility
Open to individuals who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
3) Promotion Period / Trigger
This raffle is tied to subscriber growth.
The raffle will be conducted when the publication reaches 250 total subscribers (“Trigger Event”).
The contestant list will be locked within 24 hours of the Trigger Event.
If the Trigger Event has not occurred by January 31, 2027, the raffle will be conducted based on the subscriber list as of 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2027.
The drawing will occur within 7 days of locking the contestant list (or within 7 days after January 31, 2027 if the Trigger Event does not occur).
4) Entry Method and Entry Limits
Automatic entry: Each subscriber (free or paid) receives one (1) entry.
Referral entries: Earn one (1) additional entry for each new subscriber who signs up using your Substack referral link (see below) during the Promotion Period.
Entry limit: Maximum 50 total entries per person (1 base entry + up to 49 referral entries). (Sponsor may adjust in the event of fraud/abuse.)
5) How Referrals Are Counted
Referrals are counted using Substack’s built-in referral tracking (your personal referral link / leaderboard). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries associated with suspected fraud (fake accounts, bots, disposable emails, chargebacks, or other manipulation).
6) Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7) Winner Notification / Claim Period
Sponsor will notify winners via the email associated with their Substack subscription within 7 days after the drawing. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim a prize. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner.
8) Prizes and Substitutions
Prizes are as listed above. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
9) Shipping / Delivery
Physical prizes ship only to U.S. mailing addresses. If a winner is outside the U.S., Sponsor may, at its discretion, ship the physical prize; however, if international shipping and handling exceeds $25 USD, the winner will receive the digital prize (eBook) or an equivalent digital substitute.
10) Privacy
Information collected is used only to administer the raffle, contact winners, and deliver prizes, and is not sold.
11) General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the raffle.
